Modular Carpet
In 1958, — Heuga, which has since been acquired
by Interface — invented carpet tile. Three decades ago, we built
the modular floorcovering category in North America. Today, we are
the leader in that category worldwide. Technologically advanced,
aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally sound, Interface
modular floorcoverings give customers flexibility to change and
style that lasts. We've extended our well-respected Bentley Prince
Street™ brand into this hot market, giving architects and
designers a premium alternative for high-end spaces. Interface
Flooring Systems’ Entropy® carpet tile is inspired by nature and
based on biomimicry — the concept that natural systems can guide
the design of man-made products. Entropy's nondirectional pattern
provides reduced installation waste, accepts change gracefully,
and extends the lifecycle of an installation. Entropy introduced a
whole new product category - i2™ - and we have subsequently
launched over 100 additional i2 products. In Europe, our Heuga®
brand remains a top choice for mid-market commercial use. Two of
Heuga's best selling styles were introduced in 1979 and have since
sold more than 65 million square meters.
Broadloom
The sophistication and beauty of Bentley Prince
Street's broadloom carpets are unmistakable. With their styling,
engineering, and performance, they have been industry benchmarks
from their first installation. Based in Los Angeles County,
California, Bentley Prince Street is a leading manufacturer of
floorcoverings for corporate, healthcare, hospitality,
institutional, residential and retail interiors and is one of the
most specified commercial carpet brands in the United States.
Bentley Prince Street offers classic styling and imaginative
textures in a wide variety of backing options. With award winning
floorcoverings, responsible manufacturing and complete service and
support, Bentley Prince Street has got you covered.
Interface Fabric
The look and feel of a commercial environment
doesn't just come from floorcoverings. That's why we make
fabrics--to offer a system of solutions that extend from the floor
up. Increasingly, that means exchanging ideas and technologies
between our floorcoverings businesses and our fabric
division--already a world leader in the manufacture of innovative
textile products for commercial interiors.
In 2004, InterfaceFABRIC introduced the first
biodegradable panel fabrics made with bio-based polymers; the same
corn-based polymer that we’re putting to work in commercial carpet
products through InterfaceFLOR Commercial and residential carpet
products through FLOR. These breakthrough fabrics are part of the
Terratex® brand, which includes office panel fabrics and
upholstery fabrics that are made from 100% recycled and/or 100%
compostable materials, made with increasingly sustainable
manufacturing processes and are recyclable at the end of their
useful lives.
InterfaceFABRIC has a unique group of product
brands including Guilford of Maine, Chatham, Teknit, and Infinity,
and directly sells fabrics into the Commercial and Hospitality
interiors markets.
