Stain Removal Warranty - J&J / Invision
warrants that all products manufactured with 100% Encore® SD
Ultima® will resist permanent staining caused by spots
and spills for the lifetime of carpet.
Colorfastness Warranty - J&J / Invision
warrants that products manufactured with 100% Encore® SD
Ultima® and installed for indoor use only will not undergo
a significant change in color due to exposure to light or
exposure to atmospheric contaminants for the lifetime of the
carpet.
Wear Warranty - J&J / Invision warrants that
products manufactured with 100% Encore® SD Ultima® will
retain a minimum of 90-percent of their face fiber for the
lifetime of the carpet.
Static Protection Warranty - J&J / Invision
warrants that products manufactured with 100% Encore® SD
Ultima® will retain a lifetime static protection below 3.0
KV as tested by AATCC-134.
Solutia's Limited Lifetime Wear Warranty - 10%
Fiber Loss
Solutia warrants that after proper installation carpets made
with Solutia Ultron Nylon 6,6 will retain at least 90% of its
pile fiber for the useful life of the carpet. This is a
limited lifetime warranty on fiber loss from abrasive wear and
is not intended as a warranty on matting, crushing or
watermarking. Also excluded are damage due to tears, burns,
pulls, pilling, shedding, pets or any damage other than normal
wear. Damage due to improper maintenance or installation
defects are also excluded. This warranty does not include
stairs and is subject to Solutia's General Terms and
Conditions.
Solutia's Antistatic Warranty - Lifetime
Solutia warrants that carpets constructed of Ultron Nylon 6,6
shall not generate static shock exceeding 3.5kv for the useful
life of the carpet. The threshold for normal human sensitivity
is 3.5kv when tested by AATCC test method 134.
Broadloom Backing Warranties - 3 Years to Lifetime (Backing
Dependent)
NOTE: The use of Commercialon® Premium
Carpet Adhesive and Commercialon® Premium Carpet Seam
Sealer is required. If Commercialon® products are not
used, lifetime backing warranties are reduced to three years.
Tuft Bind Warranty (edge ravel, yarn pulls, zippering)
- J&J / Invision warrants that under normal use, carpet
will not fail to perform due to insufficient tuftbind as
evidenced by edge ravel, yarn pulls, and zippering.
Delamination Warranty - J&J / Invision warrants
that under normal use, carpet will not fail to perform due to
the delamination of the secondary backing. Although not
required, chair pads are strongly recommended under chairs
with rolling casters to preserve appearance and to prevent
accelerated wear.
Moisture Penetration (Endure® Plus & TitanBacTM)
- J&J / Invision warrants that under normal use, carpet will
maintain a functional barrier to moisture penetration.
Nexus® Modular Backing Warranties
NOTE: The use of Commercialon®
Premium Modular Adhesive is required.
Moisture Penetration Warranty - J&J / Invision warrants
that under normal use carpet will maintain a functional
barrier to moisture penetration.
Tuft Bind Warranty - J&J / Invision warrants that
under normal use carpet will not fail to perform due to
insufficient tuft bind as evidenced by edge ravel, yarn pulls,
or zippering.
Delamination - J&J / Invision warrants that under
normal use carpet will not fail to perform due to the

Dimensional Stability - J&J Invision warrants that
under normal use and atmospheric conditions, Nexus™

J&J / Invision warrants Commercialon® Premium Carpet Adhesive
and Commercialon® Premium Carpet Seam Sealer against product
failure for the lifetime of the installation.
Commercialon® Premium Barrier
Coat Lifetime Warranty -
J&J / Invision extends certain warranties which cover
installations using Commercialon® Premium Barrier Coat. These
warranties protect the original purchaser against performance
deficiencies in specific categories.
Commercialon® Premium Modular
Adhesive Lifetime Warranty - J&J /
Invision warrants Commercialon® Premium Modular Adhesive
against product failure for the lifetime of the installation.
